“Okay, Noah. How’s this for a shortcut?”

It’s cheesy, and trashy, and fun!  I watched it because it doesn’t require much brain power and I needed something to fall asleep to, but came away actually going back and finishing the part I didn’t watch, which is rare form. There are definite moral questions here (to fuck or not to fuck our step-siblings?), and this is by no means a glowing review, but… it draws you in like one of those TikTok movies that you always get ads for.

I ire the casting team’s dedication to putting as many of my childhood crushes that they could into this movie. Annasophia Robb should be far more employed than she is, and I’ve always said that.

Rewatch in protest of the absolute shit show that is the live action remake. It remains my favorite Disney movie, and the people yearn for the experimental era.
