This feels pretty fresh relative to the last few movies (which was pretty surprising since Jun Fukuda is consistently the worst director in these Showa Godzilla films). Except for a few, these kills are by far the most boring in the whole series. They kinda just gave up on the Rube Goldberg kills for the most part, and now we just get regular shootings and impalings with little to no build up.
