Easily the best Disney live action remake I’ve seen so far AND YET I found watching it such a chore, all of the changes this movie makes are utterly baffling, each one makes it significantly worse than the original. Nani and Lilo’s situation doesn’t feel half as urgent as it once did because Nani has a network now and other characters are either deleted or smooshed together in a jumbled mess that denies some of them the satisfying redemption…
