I think there’s a 50/50 chance Feyd Rautha is still alive because we never saw the Bene Gesserit use humiliation to control him, and it would be impossible for him to not be humiliated after losing to Paul. If he is still alive in Messiah, it would make his character in Part 2 feel much less wasted.
