I'll always have a soft spot for this era of horror movies. And this one is no exception. It's just too damn fun.

Hard to follow, uneventful, unengaging and unsatisfying. the only plot line I was concerned with was zorro. Rest in power, king.

It genuinely felt like I was watching an early cut of this film.
- way too long
- plot points are introduced only to be forgotten immediately or pop up out of nowhere with zero set up
- crucial plot points go unexplained
- the pacing is awful
- half the characters lack any kind of personality
- The majority of the performances are completely lifeless (3 different times they approach different characters to reveal someone major has died and there's zero emotion every single time)
- the tone is ridiculously inconsistent to the point where it's hilarious
