When the movie started with Tom Cruise thanking you for coming to the theater, the group of people in front of us gasped and went “Tom Cruise!” Which basically sums up the movie.

3.5 feels harsh but it’s just an oddly shaped film as most reviews are saying. For a 3 hr movie it’s a little disappointing there are only two (incredible) set pieces, and more disappointing that neither of them feature gadgets or masks. But then you get the king of movies himself hanging upside down off a biplane that’s spinning around and getting rammed by another biplane so really who cares?

I don’t think I’ll ever get tired of this movie idc about the flaws I can see
