Look for the blood and the smoke.

Warfare is definitely the most visceral and intense experience I have had in cinema for some time. It tells the heroic and unflinching story of a 2006 Navy SEAL mission in Ramadi, Iraq. We are first acquainted with our soldiers partying to music and are then thrown into an immersive real-time combat zone filled with the barbaric truths of war. It’s a true and honest testament to what soldiers have to endure on…

You keep dancing with the devil...
one day he's gonna follow you home.

Visionary triumph that blends together a creative approach to filmmaking and delivers an engaging narrative with gripping chemistry on the screen. We explore haunting themes of guilt, faith and supernatural greed. This is more than just a vampire film though, it immerses you into a realm of fantasy and horror with fearless storytelling. It asks the audience a question on whether justice and mercy is possible at…

A picture could change my life.

This film was an engrossing and disturbing look into the slum life of Rio de Janeiro. It combined a coming-of-age tale with an electrifying warfare rampage of gangs and violence. It depicts the urban poverty and social inequality in Brazil that is set between the 60s and 80s. We explore the concept of growing up and taking contrasting paths to one another. Intrinsically leading to drug trade, crimes and greed for wealth and power.…

Battle for your life, Babylon.

My obsession for Lady Gaga grows even stronger each and every day.  I need October to hurry up so I can be immersed into pure chaos at Gaga’s Mayhem Ball. The editing in Chromatica Ball is so trippy and seamless all at the same time, adding a theatrical touch to the concert film. The prelude, four acts and the finale were stylistic, exhilarating and triumphant. I found myself putting my paws up with the Little Monsters in the stadium all the way though such an intimate human connection. I will adore you forever Mother Monster.
