]]>I need to see this shit like 30 more times
]]>shout out to dying
]]>I did NOT know about the main antagonists going into this movie it took me by COMPLETE surprise. INCREDIBLY fun movie
]]>It would feel insincere to describe this film with hyperbole. It is incredibly difficult to watch and is entirely justified in being so. I will be thinking about this movie for years to come. Even if you are not interested in watching, please do yourself a favor and look into how it was created, as the context of its production plays a significant role in the purpose behind it.
]]>It has so much heart. I always used to think that this was just a dudebro fight movie but Rocky has an extreme range of emotions. Stalone is not a good actor by any means but the scenes when you can just see how scared and vulnerable Rocky is are phenomenal.
]]>Like no other
]]>This movie filled my body with ailments
]]>Ok like it IS racist and also sexist but it's also just a really good fucking movie
]]>IT'S STILL RACIST
]]>Guys I think this is racist

He pissed on the moon
]]>Visuals are crusty as fuck but has so much heart and genuinely intelligent little pieces of writing, even speaking outside of the absurdly high amount of nostalgia I have for it.
How did the sequels turn out so dogass
]]>It's unbelievably peak
]]>One of my favorite movies of all time. It's so wholeheartedly fun and down to earth while simultaneously being extremely cheesy and fantastical. Can not recommend enough
]]>This shit fucks this shit cums
]]>Much like the original, the ending of this series makes me sob like a freak. Incredibly smart, incredibly wild. I can't say anything that hasn't already been said about this monumental series so from a personal angle: Evangelion is one of my most significant pieces of media and I love it with all my heart
]]>It's Peam
]]>Damn it's peak
]]>It's peak
]]>I love the way Wes Anderson uses actors across his movies as if they were toys taken out of a box. The same dolls in a unique role establishing a familiarity that is delightful to see played with. Loved this movie when I first saw it, and adore it now that I am more familiar with his other works.
]]>I can absolutely see why this is many people's favorite Wes Anderson film. His sense of style is abundant and yet underdeveloped when compared to his later works but that is in no way a detractor. It is a magnetic force of experimentation and fun that I definitely need to rewatch
]]>I seeing this in the theater as a child and being almost disappointed. I was an enormous Roald Dahl fan-- as his books essentially taught me how to read-- with Fantastic Mr. Fox being my favorite among them. Even as a child I had a great sense that there was something that I was mison first viewing, and now as an adult feel exactly the same way yet with a much more magical outlook. There is a certain type of magic that hangs between the authorship of Dahl and the direction of Anderson that is completely intangible to me. That magic I have become quite positive of after watching the repeated combination of their crafts in the Henry Sugar Netflix anthology. Inexplicable, but wholly intoxicating; I find myself crying more and more on each subsequent rewatch of this very dear film to me.
]]>Funny bug
]]>Dumping all your money into a soul project is so worth it holy shit
]]>PEAK CHRISTMAS FILM
]]>a complete visual spectacle
]]>I adore movies that really take their time for a phenomenal payoff
]]>Bloody, brutal, suspenseful, and has a lovely garnish of anti-cop messaging
]]>The only other piece of media that has given me such a strong emotional reaction as this has been Evangelion. It is an incredibly poignant depiction of abuse and how it's justified. It deeply reminds me of my own experiences and especially the struggles in rationalizing and processing the damage of what was done. It understands the hesitancy to label it abuse, the manipulation of vulnerable parties, the immeasurable pain that it causes all while being presented in the most magnifying and electric way. It's one of the most important films that I have seen, for my own sake
]]>Some of the visuals in here were freaky as shit I'm super impressed how disturbing some scenes in here were
]]>Just absolutely beyond goofy movie with a few stylish scenes and really fun action
]]>Dude this movie is so fun and stylish. The really cheesy dialogue and interactions are goofy as hell I wish this actually got a sequel
]]>Feddy,,,,,
]]>Probably the most accurate depiction of 12 year olds I've seen in media. They're small, shitty, annoying, irrational, and full of (un)processed trauma.
