I watch too many films
Jafar Panahi is so slick. He makes the art of filmmaking look so easy when in actuality, what he’s pulling off requires an expert touch. Even when I don’t vibe with his films, I end them wanting to bow down to him. Happy to say this film is top-tier - suspenseful, humorous, casually horrifying and ultimately very very chilling
Impressive but not without faults. Seeing it on a huge screen was an experience I won't be forgetting in a hurry - hats off to Hans; it sounded delicious - but it's in need of some fine tuning and, I'm gonna say it, a few laughs. I think it's funny how someone as inoffensive as Cooper Raif can make a lot of people angry. All I see is a very talented 23 year old and I can't help but be happy for the guy.
