OH MY HORROR - WEEK TWENTY-ONE - CREATURE FEATURES 

Still always mesmerized by the stop motion monsters of Ray Harryhausen. A god amongst men. 

Kinda interesting that the director of this made this film that heavily inspired the creation of Godzilla and then made Gorgo in 1961 which seems like a direct response/ripoff of Godzilla.

“….and hangs around a bunch of dorks talking about the seventh seal!”
“Hey you liked the seventh seal!”
“I was faking it you sucker” 

God this movie is insufferable. 

Weirdest most nonsensical plot. Most unlikable characters ever. 

It’s like if High Fidelity sucked lol

But I’d still like to visit Neil’s video store and talk to all the overly stereotypical cinephiles there.

I cannot believe I was in the first audience to ever see this!!!!

God this is so cool and pulpy and so different from the rest of the trilogy. 

I love that each film is so unique and pays homage to each decade it depicts.
