So, this is the movie that inspired the Buzz Lightyear toy that Andy got back in 1995. Okay. When is the Sheriff Woody origin story coming? If Buzz can get one, How about Woody? This really didn't need to be a thing, but apparently Pixar so wanted to do a Toy Story spinoff and this was the end result. Your better off just watching other spacey films like this such as Apollo 13 or Interstellar (never seen it).

Captain America is nowhere as great as Tim "the Toolman" Taylor is as the title character and Emperor Zurg is also not as great as his Toy Story 2 counterpart. I guess Sox the Robot Cat was cool, but he's really just a decoy for selling toys and/or merchandise. In fact, that's pretty much the film's whole thing is to just sell and make money off of a spinoff to an already beloved animated franchise. The animation is fine, the side characters and the story is boring and dull. But hey, at least it's not as bullshittingly confusing as Cars 2 is. This is sad, strange little movie and it has my pity, farewell.
