It's one of the absolute best films I've ever seen in cinema. A moment I will never forget.

Speechless is what Dune Part 2 will do to you. When the film credits rolled, I just looked at my dad, and we both had the exact same look of just amazement. We both just said wow and sat there for a bit. Dune part 2 is a masterpiece, a cinematic spectical that you should not walk but run as fast as you can to your local cinema to experience this film. I'm not overhyping it. I'm just telling the truth. These two films combined make this entirely rich and unique story into a cinema experience of a god damm gorgeous and brilliantly written film. I'm so glad Denis Villenueve split the book into two films as with the first film introducing us to these characters and up to the point where they meet the freman the second film has all this time to complete Paul Atreides arc into and finish off the first book. I love how the ending ends were it is perfect and could just stand alone as it is but has the room for a sequel to fully complete the arc of Paul Atreides which I hope they finish with Denis Villenueve in charge.

I forgot to say that in preparation for dune part 2, I watched every single thing Denis Villenueve has ever made, including all his films even before incendies and all his short films. With dune part 2 being the final film, I can now say I have 100% Denis Villenueve. He is a director I ire and love his work, seeing how even with his first few films, you can see his creativity, and now, with him going from them to dune, it is just insane.

I have so much to say about this film but don't want to give too much as I don't want to spoil the film. Timothée chalamet is outstanding. His performance as Paul Atreides is award worthy. He carries this film on his shoulders, definitely his best acting performance, in my opinion. Rebecca ferguson was amazing. There is a scene where she drinks this drink, no spoilers, but her acting, the facial expressions she makes, she is just brilliant. I loved her performance throughout both films. Austin Butler, as the new character, feyd rautha, he is just psychotic. The introduction to his character is up there as one of the best villain introductions in film. His performance was legendary. I believe Austin Butler will become one of the greatest actors in my generation if he keeps on putting on brilliant performances. Everybody else in the cast was brilliant as well. I could talk about how good everyone was, but the review would be forever.

This was my Star Wars experience. My dad described this as seeing Star Wars for the first time in cinemas when it came out. It's the same thing but for people my age. The film is slow, but also, isn't it takes its time but there was not a single moment where I was bored at all. I was interested the entire time and was just stunned by the ending. Left me speechless. The action scenes are brilliant. There are two fight scenes with Austin Butler that are just perfect, the hand to hand combat was amazing. The opening went straight into it, leaving no time to stop. The handwork scene is breathtaking, and the arena scene is the same as well. I loved the arena scene. The scene was black and white. It gave this artistic feel that fitted the character and scene perfectly. The cinematography was stunning, gorgeous, breathtaking, and beautiful. It's one of the best-looking films ever.

As you can see by the length of my review, I loved Dune Part 2. Definitely check this film out. I'm a big science fiction fan, so of course I loved this, but even if you aren't that big into this genre, you might still enjoy this film. Try and watch this on the biggest screen in your local cinema as it would be a once in a lifetime experience.
