On January 9, The Last Showgirl, a drama delving into the glittering yet complex world of cabaret, takes center stage. Opening January 10 is Maestra, an inspiring look at groundbreaking female conductors. The martial arts classic Drunken Master II (1994), starring Jackie Chan, screens January 14, showcasing incredible stunts and humor.
On January 16, two exciting new releases arrive: The Room Next Door, a tense psychological thriller, and Nickel Boys, an adaptation of Colson Whitehead's Pulitzer-winning novel. January 17 brings Grace Point (2023), a poignant exploration of community and resilience, and Death Race 2000, screening for its 30th anniversary as part of our Grindhouse series—a cult classic blending dystopian satire with high-octane action.
As part of our new Centennial Icons series, we’re screening Cool Hand Luke (1967) on January 24, honoring its iconic legacy in American cinema. Rounding out the month, September 5, directed by Tem Fehlbaum, opens at the end of January, immersing audiences in a gripping vision of a near-future world.
