If the story isn’t enough to immerse you, then let me turn you to the cinematography, the sound, the set design, the wardrobe. People went through great lengths to help capture Denis’ vision, and although the director and performances will be talked about forever, I just want to use this review to say job well done to Greig Fraser, Dave Whitehead, Shane Vieau, and Jacquelin West respectively. It all felt original and breathtaking and I’m just so happy movies are back. I would’ve loved to work on this set.
