“The angels will return, and when you see the one that's meant to help you, you will weep with joy.”

To say that David Lynch is my favourite director/filmmaker is an understatement. In particular, Laura’s story in FWWM speaks to me in a way that is so personal and has brought me great solace. Finally got to see one of the greatest films ever made on the big screen!!! The “Llorando” scene hit different after seeing Rebekah Del Rio sing it live at a David Lynch memorial in North Bend a few months ago

Felt like revisiting this as a comfort watch in the midst of being swamped in workload. Despite this being maybe the 13th time I’ve seen it, it still absolutely terrifies and devastates me. It’s one of the best works of television in my eyes, Mike Flanagan created a horror masterpiece. Episode 5 in particular will always stick with me and still shakes me to my core. It’s one of the best portrayals of grief also, next to Hereditary.
