Wonderful and ludic soundtrack, you can feel the magic at every second of the movie and Ariel's willpower and desire to find her place in the world, even knowing that it means leaving something behind makes her my favorite princess.

Some might see The Little Mermaid as a story of some girl leaving everything for a man, and I can't tell they're wrong, but I feel more than that. I feel that is about being closer to yourself, knowing yourself and taking risks in the name of happiness.
