I mean, they've got a solid formula for these things and this doesn't deviate too much from it. Can't say it was a great film by any means, but that didn't stop me from getting all emotionally wrapped up in the climax.

Slept on this for way too long! So good. And I got three important life lessons out of it:
- always stop to ire the horses
- if greeted at your door by men in hairnets, try to make some defensive wounds asap
- there's never a good reason to have a conversation with a person you tried to kill, just walk away
