good lord that was fucking awful. i was honestly dreading this one, and that was the correct stance. i hoping the force awakens would be the worst in this trilogy but i could not have been more wrong. i cant the last time i kept checking the remaining runtime for a movie like this. was totally zoned out after like the first 20-30 minutes. the only positive thing i have to say is that they gave bb-8 a little green friend

I think theres a lot to appreciate here, this movie looks gorgeous. Canto bight, the salt planet. Oh and that one lightspeed scene. DAMN. DJ and Rose were pretty good too, seeing someone profit off both sides of the war was RAD!! my biggest problem was how they treated luke skywalker but i’m sure thats been talked about to death. No clue why this movie is DESPISED like that though

that was just something special. really heartbreaking knowing whats going to happen and seeing it anyways. cgi wasnt as comically bad here either, hayden christensen is such an unrecognized talent
