well… i’m not sure what almodóvar tried to do or mock but i’d expect a film that is celebrated as “a film about women” by many to be less revolved around men and the damage they did, of course.
the plot tired me a bit too much, which means this probably is not my cup of tea. but the last 25 minutes, or the scene, pulled my rating up from 2,5 to 3 eventually.
