I watch this movie and shudder to think that people think there's "political intrigue" in this shithole of a trilogy. I feel like the sequel trilogy made people reevaluate these, but the prequels are worse? I would rather watch the first two sequels than any of these three any day of the week. These movies suck and are solely saved by the good will Star Wars have with me and some of the most memorable shitty dialogue ever.

Nostalgia is so powerful though because I had fun while thinking about how much the movie sucked the entire time

Honestly, probably not as close a watch as this deserved, was doing a running commentary track with a friend. That meant I really enjoyed the pettiness and drama of it all. When Sister Agatha does her little curtsy after dropping a bomb???? Chef's kiss.

There is also some interesting stuff to dig into here but I think I might have missed it by having too much fun with the drama. All I know is I was team Benitez the whole way
