Mainly reminded me of Edge of Tomorrow, the difference is that I liked this a whole lot more. 

For me, the strength of this lies in the mystery of where the bomb is and who's the bomber. The frustration that emanates from all the possible options you could take really got me invested. The story and intensity dips from time to time but it's a solid action thriller overall.
