Godardβs doing his usual thing, playing with history, politics, and film like itβs all one big messy collage. Even with all the disorder, it never forgets that movies are still products of capitalism. The scenes with Carlotta hit hard in that weird, poetic Godard way. Feels less like a movie and more like one last love letter to cinema from a guy who truly believed in its magic.
