The Car

1977

★★★ Watched

A demonic and driverless car terrorizes a small desert town. The town sheriff (James Brolin) fights to destroy it before it kills again.

Night Moves

1975

★★★★½ Watched

Private detective Harry Moseby (Gene Hackman) is hired by a client to find her teenage daughter (Melanie Griffith) who has run away. He is soon immersed deeply in the world of Hollywood stuntmen who have a connection to the teenager.

Sinbad (Patrick Wayne) must deliver a prince that has been transformed into a baboon to the land of Ademespai. He hopes to restore the prince to his normal form so he can take his rightful place as King. Zenobia the evil witch does everything she can to stop him.

This is a highly entertaining adventure tale in the vein of Jason and the Argonauts. This is because the legendary Ray Harryhausen does some fine work in this film. Here we…
