I’ve always liked this better than the average viewer and I also think it holds up well on rewatches. It’s nowhere near perfect of course, but I love how it brings some sort of cosmic mystery to the MCU. It’s just such a shame how terribly bland Madden and Chan are as the leads. Especially with an excellent ing cast with much more interesting characters. Let’s hope we get to see them fleshed out some more in the future.
This is one of those rare occasions where 90% of my LB friends absolutely love or adore a film, when it leaves me cold and a bit amazed by the almost universal love for it.
