This movie has possibly the most flawless beautiful visual effects in any movie, the water alone is some of the best CG I've ever seen. However this is ment to be a movie not a painting or music video so despite how breathtaking and beautiful it looks I can't rate it any higher.
The story is bland and generic and I found the pacing slow and boring, I can only be impressed with the visuals for so long before I zone out because the story isn't holding my interest. After seeing I'm honestly shocked they are making three more but I guess if they earns money from it's great visuals, why not?

This film is so overrated, it has an okay story, some cool visuals and unique world building but nothing that warrants it being the highest grossing movie ever. I understand people liking this movie and I know the visual effects where incredible for it's time and the 3D was revolutionary but as a movie I don't think it's all that special.
I feel like this movie was only popular due to its 3D gimmick and if you watching it for the first time now you would think is just okay.

I actually had so much fun rewatching this film, it's nothing incredible but it definitely has some good characters and fun moments.
I liked all of the castings, especially Murdock who was hilarious and definitely the stand out of the movie. I had never noticed that B.A. Baracus was played by Rampage Jackson who I didn't even realise acted, I just though he was a fighter but he's pretty good in this.
Overall I enjoyed the group dynamic alot and loved the overly complex plans making them seem like damn super soldiers. As a kid I didn't see the twist at the end coming at all and loved it so I definitely brought some nostalgia into my rewatch but I honestly think this film is so underrated.

This recaps the third season which I think is Peak Haikyuu, this season has some of the best moments of the entire series and is definitely my most rewatch part of the series.
There are so many unforgettable moments like, the third year's fighting back against Ushijima who defeated them last time, assisting the new players to get the final point is so damn good. However the most has to be Tsukishima's block, the scream after makes me emotional every damn time.
This entier movie/season only covers one match which sounds dragged out but between the flashbacks and individual character moments within the game it's pacing is incredible. I'm always shocked how well they handle the opposing teams and make you understand and care for every character as much as the characters you follow.

This was a good watch with a heart felt story and beautiful animation. It's not as good as some of the other big romance anime movies I've seen it compared to but it is still damn good.
The end definitely carries the movie, I did get a little emotional watching it and it's art style is unique and beautiful. I found the lead girl kinda annoying to start with but as there relationship grows and we learn more about them both I grew to really care about there relationship. Although I feel like it's a bit slow in places and drags at times overall its a story worth sticking with.

This is just great on all fronts, excellent acting performances, incredible story and well choreographed engaging fights.
The contrast between the brothers and there different stories and views of there history together is so intresting. Tom Hardy does incredible establishing his character with such a small amount of dialogue thoughtout the movie.
This is one of those time when I change who I'm rooting for throughout the movie but it somehow still manages to end exactly how I feel it should have. Some of the pacing was a little slow for me but overall this is one of the best fighting focused movies I've seen.

I didn't realise how much I'd missed Dragon Ball, this was a fun side story with great fight scenes which is exactly what I like from my Dragon Ball content. I loved the demon realms vibe, it reminded my of SandLand which makes sense because there both made by Toriyama.
Is a huge fan of OG Dragn Ball seeing kid Goku with his power pole was so nostalgic. The design for his new transformation was also awsome, I love the monkey aspects bringing back his tail and giving him fur. Also the CG are style looks amazing now, they have finally reached the point where it just looks incredible all the time now, although I do miss the old style a little.
Honestly if you are a villian in Dragon Ball just give up because it's not even a struggle for Goku or Vegeta anymore they are just competing to see who can beat you easier, half the time they don't even transform just to show how simple they can whoop y'all asses.
Vegeta giving the fight to Goku so he can keep taking baths with Bulma was hilarious, had me wheezing.

It's great to see Eve actually be able to use her powers in different ways, her fights in this special are so good and I hope we see more cool stuff from her in the new seasons of Invincible. This is exactly what a special should be, expanding on a popular side character giving them more depth ahead of the new season.
Her origin is intresting and provides a better understanding of her character. However even with this special I still find her trying to work things out with her hateful father over and over again a terrible writing choice and it damages her character.

This is a very average Adam Sandler comedy, nothing special really but I had some fun watching it.
Peter Dinklage as 'The Fire Blaster' is hilariously stupid and I liked the designs of the arcade game aliens thoughout. The main love story was fine and Adam Sandler put in his standard romcom performance.
Having Kevin James as a borderline illiterate president was the most random side story but I found it so damn funny.

As a huge fan of the animated series clone wars and rebels I love this show so much. All the adaptations are great, Thrawns original voice actor playing him in live action was os good and I loved seeing the rebel crew in live action.
The Ahsoka and Anakin scenes where some of my favourite in any of the star wars tv shows, Anakin in clone wars armour was perfection he looked like he was pulled straight from the animated series.
Baylan Skoll and Shin Hati are great new character representing very different aspects of dark side force s, they both have captivating performances and intresting stories moving forwards. RIP to the incredible Ray Stevenson his portrayal of Baylan Skoll was amazing and definitely up there as one of the most intresting antagonist in star wars.

This show is inconsistent with its quality and the story jumps about quite a but, I think I enjoyed the core story more than most. I liked Bobas story seeing his connection to the Tuskan Raiders and his rise to power, it's a bit slower than other star wars content but I enjoy seeing something different that actually develops his character rather than him just being a generic cool looking bounty Hunter. Despite the changes Boba is still a cool character thought and Fennec Shand remains one of my favourite new star wars characters, played by the iconic Ming Na Wen.
Boba Fetts main story is a little bland and could have been better but the show it self had some amazing moments to add the the core story. The Mandalorians story was so damn good and I loved seeing live action Cad Bane still with his classic original voice.
Overall its an okay show with some great side stories and character moments, I liked the new things it introduced but as a whole the show felt kinda disted in its story telling.

This show was made exclusively for people with a nostalgic obsession with the original trilogy who just want more of the same.
There is little meaningful story or character development that we hadn't already seen with these characters in other star wars media. They also butchered the characters the attempted to adapt from animation, especially the grand inquisitor who felt nothing like the great character he was in the clone wars.
The where some fun action scenes but it's spread out between poor writting and several less impressive action scenes. I love Obi-wan and Anikan and Ian and Hadden both put in excellent performance but ultimately this show is unnecessary and felt like a lazy cash grab.
Easily my least favourite of the live action starwars shows, they really need to stop using the original trilogy characters as a crutch and focus on developing some the newer popular characters.

This is one of my favourite spy movies in recent memories, the relationship between Henry Cavil and Arnie Hammer is so fun to watch. This was so good I genuinely would prefer Henry Cavil in a sequal for this than him being the next Bond, especially since this is better than most of the bond movies.
I was shocked by how funny this is and I loved the way it's filmed, at times it has some really intresting editing and cinematography almost as if it's based of a graphic novel even though it's not.
Henry casually enjoying a sandwich with a glass of wine in the middle of an escape while Arnie is fighting for his life was so funny.

This film suffers a little from sequal fatigue and I don't think Clubber Lang is quite antagonist Creed was.
Despite its short comings there are still incredible moments, Mickey's death and Creed training Rocky are more memorable to me than most of the first movie. The Soundtrack is great again and It's a great watch overall thoughout.

This feels like a part two more than a sequal and I love it, the culmination of this story at the end of the two movies is so worth the wait.
There is some great character growth that was missing from the first film and I think the overall writing and story telling has gotten better. Mick has become one of my favourite characters, hes always been fun to watch but seeing more complex sides of him her was great.
The Soundtrack is once again amazing, these movies will always be great gym motivation.

It might not be comic accurate but it's a great watch with some interesting concepts and ideas.
Keanu Reeves is amazing as Constantine and I love the design work for him and the supernatural elements of the world. If it wasn't called Constantine and it didnt have certain expectations attatched to it I think it would have been way more popular because it's a great film in it's own right. This movies lucifer is so damn good, I love his performance and his unique style with the black tar.
I love the fact Keanu has said this is the movie he would most like to make a sequal for which I would love to see.

I think Andrew is even better in this film and his fights and action as Spiderman are amazing. However the pacing isn't great and both villians are lacking, this film would have been for better focusing on a singular villian and Peter and gwens relationship.
It annoys me how they write Gwen in this film however I think her death is hauntingly beautiful the way it's shot and so upsetting. I wish they did her death in a third film and spent more time developing there relationship further in this film to increase the impact of her loss rather than squeezing it into a very crowded movie.
Despite its flaws there are great character moments and fun action scenes to keep you interested thoughout, I particularly love the end with the little kid and the rhino.

This film is so underrated, it has a great story and an incredible cast. Matt Damon puts in a great performances and this might be my favourite Scarlett Johanson movie, she feels so natural in the role and it makes for a really likeable character.

This movie nailed the tone of a dysfunctional superhero team, the writting was so realistic and funny.
Yelana remains one of my favourite current MCU characters, she emotionally carries the movie despite it being an ensemble. I care so much more about John Walker and Ghost than I did in there previous appearances and I'm excited to see more from this team in the future.
Alexia was hilarious thoughout and I love his relationship with Yelana, her childhood football team being the reason for the Thunderbolt's name and a running joke was so stupid and I loved it.
Bob was and intresting character and I think the actor played the duel roles well but I do wish we got more time to develop the character, it resulted in the ending feeling kinda rushed.
Overall one of the better recent MCU movie with great writting and a fun tone despite its more serious undertones. The action is well choreography and they do well to show Sentrys power effectively, the use of Ghosts power was also quite intresting.

This was one of the first romance animes I watched and I was shocked by how invested I was in there relationship and how much I enjoyed the slice of life aspects. There relationship and the story might be a little bland or generic but I think this is such a great comfort show and actually really funny.
I was shocked how excited I was when the second season dropped and I enjoyed it so much I rewatched the first afterwards. There are definitely better rom-com animes with more complex story and deeper relationships but this is definitely one of the most enjoyable to watch, especially as a big fan of slice of life anime.

This is a type of movie that just isn't made any more, it's kinda a sports movie and kinda a comedy but it's definatly a fun watch.
The writing and story are nothing special but the cast carry the film so well, Seann William Scott makes a very one dimensional character quite loveable. I'm a big fan of Alsion Pill and Liev Screiber so there addition was always going to be a plus for me.
This film has some great moments but overall it's nothing special and Jay Baruchel's character made it borderline unwatchable, I've never seen him so unlikable.

This has a great concept but the writing and story are kinda meh. However the action scenes are awesome and they make good use of there immortality to create some cool moment. It's also nice to see more fight scenes with great camera work and choreography with actors who have clearly trained for it.
I wasn't expecting much when I watched this but the action definitely made it worth watching, I hope they do more world building in the sequal because they teased some interesting stories in the flashbacks they could definitely expand on.

This was about what I expected from this movie, an okay story with cool pokemon deigns and some funny moments.
I think they nailed most of the pokemon designs and I liked the use of background pokemon to make the world feel more lived in and different than the real world. Although I know Detective Pikachu's voice is very different in the game I think Ryan Renolds did a great job bring the character to life here.
I love the Mr Mime interrogation scene, it's so dark but funny and makes perfect use of 'Pokemon logic' in this world. I would love to see a more battle focused movie set in this world with new protagonists, watching 'live action' pokemon battles would be so hype.

Just rewatched the last season so I'm going to use this to review the whole show.
This might be the best and most consistent complete anime I've ever seen. All three seasons are amazing, incredible music, unique art style and a perfect ending. Such great characters like Mob and Dimple by the goat has to be Reigen Arataka, he easily has my favourite dub of all time. This show might not be talked about as much as the most popular animes but I definitely would include it in my top 10 just for how consistently great it is.
The body improvement club are some of the greatest friends in all of anime, hey just want to workout and protect there buddies.

This movie is so damn stupid but absolutely hilarious, It makes all the dumbest childish jokes possible but some how it just works for me.
John and Ted's relationship is actually so good thoughtout and honestly the ending gets me emotional every time. The bad guy is hilarious, Donny dancing while drinking his drink will never fail to make me laugh. I'm also always impressed by how damn good the visual effects for Ted are, at no point am I distracted by the fact that he's not actually a walking talking teddy bear.
I understand how some people might hate this movie because the humour is definitely not for a sensitive audience, but if you can accept the jokes for the fact that they are just jokes it is a real fun watch.

May the 4th so I had to rewatch the one to start it all, this film is absolutely iconic and started not just one of the biggest franchises ever but also inspired the entire genre.
The introduction of one of cinemas best villians and an amazing story that works both alone and within the trilogy, introducing the audience to a galaxy far far away.
John Williams music is perfection and has given Star Wars one of the best soundtracks ever. Also the visual effects for the time were revolutionary and being developed specifically for this movie, the techniques used here defined movie visual effects for the next decade of movies.

This was a huge surprise watch for me since I knew nothing going into it and ended up loving it, definitely my favourite series of the season.
Bocchi is hilarious and one of my favourite depictions of anxiety and being introverted in media, I love how they show both the highs and lows rather than just depicting it with a focus solely on depression.
The music is fun and the art and character design is unique and beautiful. I enjoyed all the side characters and got very invested in there stories and the bands journey. Can wait for season 2, so tempted to just read the manga but I'm holding of because I want to experience it with the great music and voice acting from the anime.

I watched this almost entirely for Tom Hardy, however some of the action was damn fun and a couple of the side characters where actually fairly good.
The story was bland and sadly they ruin alot the good choreography and great camera work with constant CG blood and so much added shaky cam you can barley see some of the choreography. Tom Hardy and his partner Ellie where the only two characters really I enjoyed, without them I probably wouldn't have finished the movie, even with constant action.

A wholesome adventure with fun intresting characters in a classic fantasy world portrayed in beautiful animation. I love its view point of the heroes journey giving a focus to the journey after defeating the deamon king, having it spread over along time with long lived characters feels like something new in a familiar world.
Despite its slower more wholesome tone it has incredible action scenes, some very dark characters with complex character moments and expansive intresting world building. This is definitely a show you love even more with each rewatch, seeing the characters you've grown to love early on in there stories definitely carries different weight the second time you see it.

The tone is refreshing and more personal than the other transformers movies, it works well as a stand alone Bumblebee movie.

This was my introduction to the Transformers and I though it was so cool as a kid. Rewatching it It isn't quite as good as I , however the action scenes are so fun to watch and it is actually way funniest that I ed.
This film is when the transformers still looked unique and where animated in that weird moment in the 2000s when CGI just looked so damn good. The Soundtrack is so nostalgic and Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime is perfection, this movies end with Prime's speech and Linkin Park's 'What I've done' is the most hype end to any movie.

I had alot of fun with this movie, it's definitely one of my favourite Adam Sandler movies even though it's not the funniest. It may be an Adam Sandler movie but its the rest of the cast that carry the movie for me. Chris Rock is the heart of this movie and one of the funniest people in it, his relationship with Adam Sandler gives some needed weight to an otherwise silly sports movie.

Anna Kendrick is great as always and I love any time Jon Bernthal shows up, the reveal was a little obvious but I enjoyed seeing it play out, I feel like this is a step above alot of the generic action movies dropping now days.

This is easily my most nostalgic animated movie, I loved this film so much as a kid. Rewatching it as an adult I realised it was even funnier than I ed and the story is actually quite intresring and dark. The world building and music are incredible it really makes you so invested into the world the characters inhabit. Robin Williams is absolutely hilarious in this movie, RIP to an absolute legend.

With the show being based on real events including interviews from surviving soldiers it's one of the most raw and emotional piece of war related media I've ever seen. This is one of those shows that change you brain chemistry, it is the bench mark for all other war related shows and movies.

Watched for the first time today and although its not perfect I completely understand why so many people have nostalgic love for it. I genuinely liked it more that the Michael Bay TMNT movies despite it being 20 years older.
The practical turtle suits are incredible and the puppet work is more believable than alot of modern CGI. Respect to the men in those turtle suits because the stunt work is so damn good.

This changed my entire personality during lockdown, I went deep down the Bo Burnham rabbit hole. His songs are so damn good, any time I hear one I end up wasting that night rewatching a bunch of his songs and stand up. Love how his songs vary from personal and meaningful to absolute nonsense, truly encapsulates the human experience.
It seems I will be returning to my Bo Burnham playlist for a bit once again.

Star Wars 2j6o5l Clone Wars, 2003 - ★★★★★

The art is unique and gorgeous with amazing action using stunning 2D animation. I love the main Clone Wars series but this show has a level of freedom and hype that is unmatched.
They made General Grevious Terrifying, Mace Windo Badass and included some of the most hype Clone trooper action scenes ever.
