Wow this is such a step up from the first in this trilogy thanks to the legend himself Matt Reeves. Everything ab this from score to cinematography is an improvement

This gave me vibes of Black Panther and the Last of Us and was a perfect continuation of Caesar’s story and the virus outbreak that wrecked mankind

Really excited for War and the new film coming out later this year!!

Andy Serkis is the undisputed king of motion captured characters with Caesar in Planet of the Apes and Gollum in the Lord of the Rings.

It is now clear why Matt Reeves was given the keys to Batman, with great cinematography, character development, and a great story among other reasons.

A very solid trilogy but I am not sure how a 9 movie saga of this reboot will go especially with how strong Dawn and Rise are
