The 100 highest rated action-adventure films of the 2010s, according to the Letterboxd community (as at 1 January 2020).

To be included, films had to be narrative features with a minimum of 1,000 views, be 60 minutes or longer and have had a theatrical or streaming release in the U.S. between 1/1/2010 and 12/31/2019 — which is why Love Exposure (2008) is eligible, since its U.S. release was in 2011.

Defining 'action-adventure': we cross-referenced the films categorized as romance across TMDb, IMDb, Wikipedia, Metacritic, and Rotten Tomatoes. Films can be solely ‘action’ or solely ‘adventure’ to be included, so you’ll see a film like Nebraska next to John Wick.
