Took the virtual tour of The Outsiders Museum today. There’s a lot of attention to detail to both the movie and the novel. If I was close to Oklahoma, I could probably spend all day there. I definitely recommend it if you get the opportunity.

This has everything I want in a Halloween movie. I love everywhere it went and I love the route it took to get there. 

I’ve been avoiding reviews and everything, so when I left the theatre, I was looking forward to checking Letterboxd to see how much everyone else loved it too. How foolish am I?

 I was also excited when I left Halloween 6 as a 16 year old. Of course, then I had to wait a few months…

The only thing that the movies in this series can seem to agree on is that the original incident occurred on August 18, 1973. For as long as I’ve loved this movie, I don’t think I’ve ever watched it on this date. 

Anyway, it’s still probably the most perfect example of a horror movie that I can think of. There aren’t many movies that still give me the same feeling they did when I first saw them as a young person.…
