Watched impulsively after seeing Pam Anderson say in a Letterboxd interview that it’s one of her favorite movies because it’s sexy and real without being exploitative and violent towards women. Had never heard of it before to my recollection. Pam says she gets turned off of films that have that exploitation aspect to them. So I went into this expecting a sexy film without violence against women and uhhh… what?
I don’t see how Zorg’s final actions can be romanticized.…
