The Philippou bros are 2 for 2. 

Great performances, stunning and gut wrenching practical effects, stellar writing, tied together themes, and playful, satisfying imagery and cinematography. 

First film in a while where I genuinely was both disgusted and hyped at the same time. It tows the line so well and is executed damn near perfectly. Everyone involved with this film so obviously knew what they were doing and got it done.

Funny and stupid as heck. Tim Robinson is a gem and with a great ing cast, every scene is hilarious on some level. Whether it be outrageous or subtle, this is 100 minutes of fun, awkward, and unnerving hilarity.

I had a lot of fun. Tons of great little details and solid voice acting. At the end of the day though, it’s a kids movie in its pacing and overall structure. 

Definitely a fun experience and I’m glad it turned out like this rather than the garbage it could’ve been. I really hated how much slow motion was used though, shit got old after like the 4th time. 

Cant wait for the video game!
