I’ve been rewatching my favorite films and it’s so funny how much of an impact something can have on you when you’re a teenager vs. as an adult. I’m sure it if i had watched this in my 20s I wouldn’t have felt the same way or the same connection. Still this film is a masterpiece. Everything about it: the aesthetic, the plot, the soundtrack, the actors. I still love it deeply.
