If you see only one film this year featuring John Lithgow and Jesse Ventura having a fight with samurai swords - make it this one!

I feel like an outlier in that The Hateful Eight is my favourite Tarantino film. It's generally ranked towards the bottom of his filmography and gets dumped on for a variety of reasons: too talky, a waste of 70 mm, no positive characters and so on.
