Oh damn, this one is actually good.

I made a mistake committing to watching these, I’m beginning to think Phillip Seymour Hoffman was the only thing this franchise has to offer me.

An orgy of fan service, basic pop needle drops, and hard-to-follow action elevated by the presence of Hugh Jackman lending credence to the movie’s heart.  It’s quite a fun first watch with legit lols that will be enjoyed to quickly diminishing returns upon subsequent viewings.  

Eternals and The Marvels are better films than this, but sadly, in this timeline, I know the MCU’s future will lean in this direction.
