If you can reconcile the fact that this movie wants you to root for two perverted cops about 1 degree less reprehensible than Cage's Bad Lieutenant, then there are some genuinely cool action sequences and funny moments to enjoy - the plot doesn't go where you'd expect. Entertaining watch but not without reservations
