I was like 13 when I watched this for the first time which was probably not the best age to fully be able to grasp how funny this film is but thankfully I understand now 🙏🙏

Asked my housemates if they would fuck their evil clone and sadly they didn’t appreciate the well thought out and sophisticated nature of my film commentary 😔 but honestly, I think this was a really good bong joon ho project, especially in critiquing the current state of capitalism by depicting such a shameless example of the commodification of every aspect of human life…and death. The casting was, as always, done brilliantly and I love how much of a knack bong joon ho has for directing the cutest fictional animals

Letterboxd is like 90% of my social media presence so the thought of my personality being based entirely off of my shitty reviews is genuinely terrifying

This is my joker I don’t even need to watch it to know it this film will be what gets me through 2022
