This isn't real life; you've surrounded yourself with weirdos!
There was a significant stretch of this where I genuinely forgot that that wasn't actually Bela Lugosi on the screen.
I feel like in all the grandiosity of the multiverse shenanigans the MCU has been wrapped up in recently, the "hero" part of the superheroing thing has kind of gotten lost. It's genuinely refreshing to see characters stepping up to save regular folks from a disaster like the early days of the Avengers. This felt like a deep breath and a mental reset, both for the characters and the franchise. If this is the kind of thoughtful, character driven story we can expect moving forward, I'll be very happy.
