Ahhh :) Still a splendid, tender, romantic story about two guys being dudes. It's not especially ambitious or profound but it's a nice, short comfort watch for me :P

It's campy, corny and weird as hell. Most of the effects are cheesy, Mars Attacks!-grade silliness.
Streep is fun and it's gotta be one of my favorite Bruce Willis pictures (he's an adorable, panicked imp WITH HAIR). I guess it's a bit funny sometimes but if this film has a cult, I'm not part of it. This played at my local theater recently and That Gray Cartoon Pony did an awesome reanimated version of a particularly funny scene. Suffice itโฆ

That's a great movie and i had a blast returning to it this evening. It's bleak, stylized, deliciously morbid and phenomenally paced.
This movie holds your attention and then sticks with you forever. The violence is so bright, it's practically dazzling. The drug sequences are really beautiful and cut through the miserable procedures with a sting of opal transcendence.
Karl Urban was born to play Dredd and the rest of the cast is great too, especially Hux as that eyelessโฆ
