I enjoyed this a lot actually, where did that come from?
I even teared up a couple times. There are some really emotional moments that pull on your heart strings, and the cast done a really great job. 

I’m not a big fan of the original, I think I’ve only seen it once so any changes didn’t bother me at all, I didn’t even notice, this was a good live action remake and I had a lot of fun watching it.

The designs for all the aliens were really good.

Biggest waste of time ever. The story is ridiculous, everything is taken way too far, shock factor doesn’t work when it’s for 2 hours straight, the plot is dull and boring, everything is so incredibly fake I really don’t understand how people love these films, they are dreadful. 

All I picture when people love these films is “OMG BLOOD THIS IS SO CRAZY IM SO DIFFERENT 🤘🏼🤘🏼” the films are just bad.

First 5 minutes was decent then it was a severely difficult battle to stay awake despite listening to a constant screeching track and a chainsaw for the better part of 2 hours.

That last 20 minutes was absolutely ethereal, I felt myself floating off my seat. That wasn’t me watching that, that was me at 8 years old and I was just as excited, I wanted to squeal with excitement.
