I could write something about the fine chemistry between Orion Lee and John Magaro here. Something about the exquisite cinematography by Christopher Blauvelt or the meticulous and restrained direction of Kelly Reichardt. But I shan't, for I am a child of my times; steeped in advertisment slogans and cheap puns. My two word review therefore shall be as follows: "Got Milk?"

It would be easy to give this a four star review, referring to it as a classic, but I won't. Time has not been kind to this bloated, slow movie. A shame considering the righteous killings of a plethora of nazis.

Grade is on an exclusive Anderson-scale. Threapleton and Cera are great.

It is assured, intimate and sincere. But most of all very familiar. Every beat, every scene is easy to predict and similar premises have been handled a little bit more forcefully in other films. It isn't bad but it is remarkably forgettable when the end credits roll. Having said that: I predict solid careers for everyone involved.

Wild, weird story that is at least double the length it needs to be.
