That was the second Fatih Akın movie I have watched. The movie centered at the multinational immigrant guy friend group. The movie really get you in that friend group. Bobby's tendency to make money with making bussiness with mafia was a spark to start the movie. After that Bobby's relationship with Alice went down, then Gabriel get closer with Alice. Costa all messed up since the beginning.
So I will tell how movie felt me like. I cannot blame Gabriel since the beginning. His tendency to violence can be understood, They were in underground after all. And I didn't felt bad when they fall in love with Alice, maybe they all deserve something like that. I think movie want me to think like that. They were both caring people and I really felt the comion between them. Also, Gabriel was so objective between his friend Costa and her sister.
Also I really like the act of Adam Bousdoukos. In the Soul kitchen he was in a dominant and proactive role, but in here he was in a confused and young role.
