Watched today in theatre.
Epic, grand & monumental that's all i can say sortly. Impeccable production, tremendous sound design were the highlights for me in Dune2. To me pacing is everthing for these kind of films & the runtime was almost 166 minute but felt like barely two hour or so. Not the greatest sci-fi ever definately like some critics throw their facts & told Oppenheimer was lucky not to get Dune2 in its path for this years oscar. As a blind Denis Villeneuve fan i can confirm Oppenheimer was better as a whole. Mostly impressed with Timothe's performance, finally lad turned to men. Great verval acting by him. I was somehow expecting more epic finale, my bad. Its great film nonetheless.
