Fully embraces the requirements of exploitation cinema and body horror.

For me, it falls precisely into the "produced to be consumed" category.

The director clearly wants to make us nauseous. Mission accomplished, I felt queasy.

The director also wants us to notice the colors and costumes. And yes, we notice them.

Some scenes drag on for too long, testing the audience’s patience and diluting the film’s impact.

I really like it. we already missed this old couple :) and everything about the movie and Farrell was original. But I was also impressed by Barry Keoghan's memorable performance.

Note: For weeding out idiots, being able to play the violin can not be used as criteria. Someone who plays the violin can be an idiot.
