I absolutely adore about 95% of this film but a few things didn't really honor the literature.

The adaptation of Chani's character arc doesn't stay true to the relationship with Paul or the faith she has in him, that I from the books. 😞
However, this is a script thing and in no way reflects on Zendaya's performance. Shes a desert queen. But I digress. I'm willing to see how this all pans out.
In other news—the score, the Harkonnen home world, the imperial homeworld, the sietch, the wardrobe, the desert, the little maker, the water of life—Chefs kiss.🤌
I legit almost cried when Paul rode Shai Hulud because that scene is everything I ever wanted it to be.
