Ladies and gentlemen! We have been robbed from the absolute stunning quality of dune pt 2 in digital. It was supposed to be released on digital with the same aspect ratio as per the trailers but instead they put black bars on the top and bottom of the frame. This took the immersive power of dune from digital media which I will never forgive whoever was in charge of this.

But overall ofc still a visually stunning masterpiece with so many powerful moments that will not stop giving you goosebumps on every friggin rewatch. Ever since this film came out It fucked me up so much as I cannot watch anything else but this. It has taken over my brain like a symbiote and its not letting go. As a cinephile its practically not good for me as we have to keep watching every type of movie we can find but in my case it cannot be helped atleast for the time being.
