maybe i could have tolerated the dialogue if it was subbed but damn this more or less insipid girl falls in love with a guy and then completely reorients her entire life around his kids and never once shows resentment??

this film was so good that halfway through i noticed i was smiling like a fool and it made me feel so embarrassingly parasocial lmao. really well written!! even the casting was perfect (2000s kiera knightley is a hack tho). glad i got to see this in theaters. i fear i died
Overall pretty informative, but there is some clear propaganda sprinkled throughout, *especially* in the last two episodes. Pay attention to who they interview and adjust your interpretation accordingly, i.e. if it's someone from the US govt, or a Cuban exile, take that slant into . If you're willing to sort through the propaganda though, it is informative and overall well designed and easy to follow.
