The M:I movies have always had a special place in my heart and will always be near and dear to me, and I think this ended the series in a very satisfying manner, despite a sense of overexposition early on that for a second, I was worried would derail it all. But then the next two hours happen and the action during that in here...Tom Cruise, you absolute man.

It's...fine. Doesn't come close to the animated version, but still has its moments, mostly thanks to Stitch once again being very funny and adorable, and a wonderful performance from Maia Kealoha as Lilo. Overall one of the better Disney live-action remakes (bar is so low, y'all), despite the wobbly CGI and storytelling.

A lot more to it than you'd expect and swings for the fences, with some super assured direction from Chris Stuckmann and beautiful visuals. Not everything in it works and it has a bunch of issues from pacing to its narrative structure, but the love and care gone into making it is commendable and deserves all the respect. He's got a future in this line for sure.

Incredible. Each episode an immaculate long one-take sequence with outstanding performances, particularly Stephen Graham and an unforgettable Owen Cooper (in his first ever role!), terrific writing and solid direction. Emotionally powerful and gut wrenching, with a scathing look at the things the current generation is exposed to, the failures of people guiding them, toxic behavior and masculinity, the present social media landscape, and how all this could lead to disturbing events nowadays, all while dealing with the effects of what comes after. A masterwork.
