There's absolutely nothing here, even as a Weeknd fanatic like myself - whether you want either a new The Wall style experience for the brilliant album, (Abel's Downward Spiral or Alice in Chains self-titled) a thriller or just a unintentional comedy, it fails on all those fronts. I can only describe my theatre experience like when people saw Texas Chainsaw or The Exorcist back in the day - by the end everyone was scared out of their minds, all the side chatter had stopped, all the breathing had stopped, all the eating and drinking had stopped - just pure terror installed in everyone - including me.
